Classification of primary constraints for new general relativity in the premetric approach

We introduce a novel procedure for studying the Hamiltonian formalism of new general relativity (NGR) based on mathematical properties encoded in constitutive tensor defined by premetric approach. derive canonical momenta conjugate to tetrad field and study eigenvalues Hessian tensor, which is mapped matrix with help indexation formulas. The heavily rely possible values free coefficients $c_i, i=1,2,3$ appearing NGR Lagrangian. find four null associated trivial primary constraints temporal part momenta. remaining are grouped sets, have multiplicity 3, 1, 5 can be set zero depending different choices $c_i$. There nine cases when one, two, or three sets imposed vanish simultaneously. All lead number constraints, consistent previous work analysis Blixt et al. (2018).
